The Apple product A1535

I have one of these products. It looks a little like an upmarket mouse tablet. I can't find any reference to it on the main Apple site.

It has a plain, white top surface, overall dimensions 6 1/4 in x 4 1/2 in. Slightly thicker at the 'top' edge.

I purchased it some while ago but now can't recall the details, or what it is.

Good people - What is it?
