i want to check if this iphone 8 is activated from before because i buy it and they say for me it is a new phone , and really I don’t trust them , so please help me ...

Not possible for an iPhone 8 to be activated a year ago, as they did not exist a year ago.
The iPhone 8 is barely 10 months old at this point.
You can enter your serial number at: Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support
It will give you the expiry date of the 1 year warranty. You can then subtract a year from that to get the date of activation.

This is a user-to-user technical support forum. We have no way of telling you when your phone was activate. You can check the warranty coverage which will tell you when it was originally sold by Apple.
All you can find out is when the warranty starts, which would have been the day of original retail sale by Apple or an Apple Authorized seller. But there is no way to look up when, or even if, nor how often nor how many times an iOS device has been activated.
