Why won’t my card go through when trying to purchase apple music

i have tried numberous times to purchase apple music since my trial ran out but my card keeps saying it’s declined. i have funds in my account why is it declining

See If your payment method is declined, or you have a billing issue in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
