Haptic touch instead of 3D touch on iPhone X Since few days, on iPhone X touch 3D is not anymore available. Instead in setting/general/accessibility haptic touch is available. Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

then

Get help with the display on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If it does not work, you will have to contact Apple Support https://getsupport.apple.com
