I called costumer support and they ask me to buy a ITunes card of 100 dollars do they can transfer a refund is it true I have to do that ?

I called iTunes costumer support and they said I need to buy a Itunes card of 100 dollars in order to credit me back is that true ?

No. That is a scam. You did not actually call Apple Support at all. Apple will absolutely never ever request you buy an iTunes card for any reason whatsoever during a support call.


If you let them access your computer, you should be weary of what they may have done.

Where are you seeing this charge?


If it was in an email, make sure the charge is actually real, and the email is a real email from Apple: Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support


You can log in to https://reportaproblem.apple.com to review all purchases and charges made on your account within the last 90 days.


If the charge appeared in your Credit Card statement, see here for what to do: If you see 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
