Open an album and type command a to select all then share - the addition of one key stroke does not seem to be a giant deal to me - if it is to you then tell Apple what you think a better solution would be - Product Feedback - Apple

I personally think that your method would be a disaster and that many people (probably you included) would accidentally share entire albums when they only wanted to share one or two photos - to me selecting exactly what you want share makes a log of sense

So go ahead and tell Apple your thoughts

Hello, thx for your answer

I’m using the latest mac os

Well .. i click on my album folder (on mac photo’s), then click on the sharing icon (top on left), click create icloud photo sharing, then typed/named my new create album sharing, and wait .... for hours. Still empty (no more than 50 pictures)

Then I tried again by select the pictures instead of selecting full album, and it didn’t get to several minutes, the pictures showed on my shared album

Uhm .. I never said that I complaint about adding few more command or selection.

I told you my intention to frequently update or add new pictures to this particular album. In which I hope to be updated on the share allbum everytime I add new stuff in it.

Then, when I added several pictures on this album, I should scroll down and search one by one and select the new added picture to be shared again ? Maybe for some, it would be no issue. For me, it will become troublesome if I have to remember which pictures I have already shared, which one is the new added and need to be shared, and so on

And I don’t think people will “accidentally” click album-share icon-icloud photo sharing-create new share album. There’re 4 steps at least to create and share an album. What people will “accidentally” do is, has wrong select some pictures which they don’t want to share

At the end, this feature is not suitable for What I want. So no biggie. I’m just asking and reconfirming. If it’s not applicable, Then I just don’t use photos app to view and share
