How to keep hackers off your account for good?

I keep getting emails form my email I used for my Apple ID saying I made a lot of purchases I didn’t make and hacking into my account. I don’t have family sharing and no one knows my information personally and my secretary question is my DL # so that can’t be faked. I have reset my ID password 3 times and they keep hacking. How do I change the email address and not lose all my information?! Or how do I stop the hacking for good because the hacking comes form people all over the world

An email is not a hack. It's just a blindly sent email, the same as the thousands of these that go out every day. Delete them and ignore.

The only thing you can do to stop them is to abandon that email account and create a new one. That will still clean for as long as it takes spammers and crooks to pick it up. Then you'll be right back to square one.
