eMacs--the subject of this forum section--were disconinued in late 2005. Is you computer that old?
If you want effective and timely help here, you need to tell us what Apple device you ae using, its operating system version, and in your case, please give us more detail about how another company's e-mail plays into you need for help with Apple products.
