iPhone 5s request to enter passcode I enter it and still freezed . Please help

Do you have a Connect to iTunes screen? If you do, then follow the instructions in this support article that best apply to your situation: If you see the Connect to iTunes, or you forgot your passcode, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
If that is not the issue, then try resetting your device by holding down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them both down until the Apple appears (up to 30 seconds). Once the Lock Screen displays, see if the problem is resolved.
