I was charged twice for iTunes and I have no active accounts where I should have been charged and would like a refund for both

Well I just checked my bank statement again I was charged for $9.99 $7.99 and $4.99 and I would like a refund because I did not make any iTunes purchases

iPhone 6s, iOS 11.4.1

First make sure your Apple ID is only used in your devices at https://appleid.apple.com


Then, if everything looks all right, request refunds through https://reportaproblem.apple.com
