I can’t get my IPhone 4S to update 9.3.5
my iPhone 4S has been in storage. I pulled it out for short time frame usage and it will not download 9.3.5 IOS. What’s up?

What version of iOS is it currently using? If it is on iOS 6.1.3 or below, it will have you update to 8.4.1 and then from there you can update to 9.3.5. If you want to update directly though, connect to iTunes and it will update from there.
Basically the easiest way would be to connect it to iTunes and update it from there.
