Cleaning fans MacBookPro

I've been using my 15" MacBookPro (late 2016 with Touch Bar/Touch ID) for quite some time now and noticed that there is a lot of dust at the places air gets in and out of my laptop, meaning the fans will be quite dusty as well. At the same time the temperature of my Mac spikes when only using Safari (or something similar).

So basically im wondering if there is any way to clean the fans in order to better cool down my laptop. Or are there better ways to cool it down even?

Thanks!

MacBook Pro TouchBar and Touch ID, macOS High Sierra (10.13.6), null
