Rename Windows Device on Apple ID list

I have a MacBook Pro with Bootcamp on Windows 7. I've signed in to iTunes and iCloud through the Bootcamp Win 7 and this shows up as "[My Name]-MACBOOK" as the name and "Windows" as the device on the list in my Apple ID.

I have changed the Hard-disk name to a nickname I desire, but I the device name still shows up as "[My Name]-MACBOOK" on the device list in my Apple ID.

Need some help on how to change device name for Windows machines on the Apple ID device list. Thanks.

MacBook Pro, Windows 7, Device Name

In Windows, Control Panel -> System and Security -> System and click on Change Settings. Change Computer Name. The macOS side is named using the method that Grant Bennet-Alder mentions.
