Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

I play the sims on my phone and everytime I try and make a payment in the game it always says payment not completed and everything in my payment method is correct so idk how to make the payment go through ?

I just want to know why it says my payment cannot be completed and then it says error

Is it also telling you to contact iTunes Support ? If it is have you done as instructed and contacted them and asked them why ? If, for some reason, you haven't done so :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag (the country where you are, and which is therefore the country on your account)

- click on Contact Support towards the top right

- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
