How to bypass my activation lock

i recently purchased An iPhone X from eBay and it’s saying there’s an activation lock on it. I do not know the previous owner for the account information. Is there any way I can bypass it to use my device?

There is no way to bypass Activation Lock. Contact the seller to see if they can remove it, and if not then return the device and get a refund. If the seller does not cooperate, then contact eBay to start a complaint to get your money back. The device is useless to you unless the person that put the lock on it removes it.

Contact the seller and get that information, if they don't respond report it to eBay.

There is no way of bypassing the activation lock without the previous owners information.
