Person locked my iPad by trying to find the right passcode

Now it said connect to iTunes when I do it. It said first put in passcode but I won’t let me. Serial number F6***190

If your device is disabled because of a forgotten passcode, you are going to have to restore it. See the instructions here, If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
