Ticket Scam

Hi, I paid for tickets today from a ticketing site where the seller requested Apple Pay. He gave me his name and number, and I paid through Apply Pay, but since the money went through I have not received any tickets (and assuming I won't be). I knew there was a potential of getting scammed, I unfortunately put my faith in humanity! It looks like I can file a scam issue, but do you know if there's any protection from Apple for things like this?

Scams I made a third part purchase and as soon as I sent the payment I was blocked etc. I took it as a loss being it was only 50$ but then I noticed the next day that over 600$ in purchases from that same person was gone! I have no way to contact them I don’t know what to do I need my money back! Does anyone have any ideas?

Thoughts of this likely scammer ?? 95% this is a scam but get few other thoughts just to be safe.
