Call AppleCare and give them the serial number. No one else has legitimate access to that information.
Or put a SIM from another carrier in it and see if it works...

please contact apple.com/uk/support something like this I also pay to the one 3usd but they didn't show me anything
but as soon I install the sim it shows me the sim status I mean signal but I cannot goto home screen
also I did software upgrade via iTunes to the latest but it is same I cannot use it
I pay 3USD to another third party for carrier check but they didn't email me
that is why I'm asking Apple to support me at last just tell me from which network it is locked to after that I will pay for unlocking

What is not working? What's the error message you're getting? If you're getting an unsupported SIM message, then the phone is NOT unlocked.
The only one that can unlock it for you is the carrier who is holding the lock.
Generally the carriers don't charge for unlock.
It is carrier not icloud
I need to check which carrier it is locked to after that i will proceed with unlocking for specific countries operators
Where did I ever mention anything about iCloud?
