Monitor and Keyboard error

Hello!

I recently bought a new MacBook Pro 2017 with TB (ca. 5 weeks ago). Since then, I've discovered several issues with it:

  1. The keys 7, cmd (right) and option (right) can't be pressed down, but they still work.
  2. Whilst watching dark content, a bright shimmer appears in the corners. I've googled it, and I suppose it's a thing called background bleeding?
  3. Running processor-intense programmes, such as Premiere Pro, causes the Touch Bar to get really hot.

Now I'm wondering, what can I do. Are these errors covered by warranty? How would apple fix it? Is it free?

Could I get my money back as an alternative? If they replaced the keyboard, would I get the same type, which could lead to the same problem again, or the new one, found in 2018's Macbooks?

Thanks.
