Can’t make calls to foreign country

For some reason I can’t make calls to foreign country. For example from Estonia to Sweden. Gives a busy tone since yesterday and my husband could make the call. Contacted with my carrier and everything should be ok...Iphone 6

  1. Turn your phone off for approximately 30 seconds, then turn it back on.
  2. Check for a carrier settings update.
  3. Check for an iOS software update. Some updates might require a Wi-Fi connection.
  4. remove the SIM card, then reinsert it.
  5. Reset your network settings. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will erase all current saved settings, including Wi-Fi passwords, preferred networks, and VPN settings.
