How to connect air conditioner to Apple Home kit?

Hi! Can you please help me to find out if there any thermostat or remote controller which will work both:
1. With Apple Homekit
2. With SPLIT system

Cause all that I found out is that I can use IR controlling systems such as Sensibo or FLAIR to control my SPLIT, but that systems can not be connected to Apple HomeKit.
Also I found out that I can use NEST or Ecobee thermostats which can be connected straight to Apple HomeKit, BUT do not support the SPLIT system.

So I became deeply frustrated and decided to ask for a help.
