Being able to buy music in the Music app was removed a number of iOS updates/years ago, apart from your own purchases the Music app now only has access to Apple Music in it. If you want to buy music on an iOS device you need to use the iTunes Store app.

Where are you doing this, and why are you shouting at us ? It sounds like you are in Apple Music, not the iTunes Store.
I’m in my music app which I have always been able to buy music feom
I just want to buy one song. But it keeps going back to a thing hat says try this thing for free it’s 9.99. When I say no thanks it goes back to the song search but won’t let me buy anything
