Do members get notified or a notification when you leave family sharing
does the organsier or other members get a message / notification saying you have left the family sharing?

Although it doesn't specifically mention in the article, the members of the group will receive a notification that you've left.Leave your family group
Any family member over the age of 13* can remove themselves from a family group.
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:
- Go to Settings > [your name] > Family Sharing. If you're using iOS 10.2 or earlier, go to Settings > iCloud > Family.
- Tap [your name].
- Tap Leave Family.
On your Mac:
- Go to Apple menu > System Preferences > iCloud > Manage Family.
- Click [your name].
- Click the Remove (—) button in the bottom-left corner.
When you leave Family Sharing, you lose access to any shared purchases or services shared by the family group.
