The iOS application JokesPhone i App Store
is not only extremely annoying, it also records, without user content, the prank calls it makes. Doing that is illegal according to Danish law.
How can I get this application permanently removed from the App Store?

Find the appropriate authorities in Denmark and report it to them. They are the ones responsible for enforcing Danish law.
When you do so, I suggest you not mention that the app is "extremely annoying." Expressing that personal opinion detracts credibility from the objective legal complaint that you are making.
To see if you can get it removed from the Danish Store you could try either http://www.apple.com/feedback/ and/or http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
Thanks King_Pinguin, but, unfortunately, there do not seem to be any way to send a mail or call Apple regarding this issue. Not on those links anyways, and I've really searched.
Seems like it should be really easy to report apps doing something illegal, but no... :-(
