I neglected to mention that I have a new ss hard drive and 8 GB memory. My processor is a 2.8 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo After looking at the specs for a mid 2010 macbook pro, I am assuming that it is the processor that is preventing me from upgrading? Thank you.
