Bonjour service is not available

I had previously had 1.02 and was having problems with my vpn so I installed the 1.03 version of Bonjour for windows and I am now receiving this error "Bonjour service si not available"

Any idea how to fix this? My printer is not working now. I tried to uninstall and reinstall, but it did not work.
