How can I open multiple Pages Documents at one time instead of having to go back to the menu every time and open them one at a time?

How can I open multiple pages docs at one time instead of having to go back the the menu, select open and and open them one at a time. You used to be able to hold down the command button and you could open multiples pages docs at once. That doesn't work anymore.

Either select multiple files in Finder, holding down the command key then double click,

or

Menu > Open > Browse to files > select multiple files holding down command key > Open

If things dont seem to work as they used to check if your Keyboard has changed to another language or you have some other System modification installed.

Check if your command key works (try both -there are two) in other circumstances, such as keyboard commands or selecting objects with Pages documents, if it doesn't then you may have something wrong with your keyboard, try another.
