why is service access denied poping up on my phone ? why cant i send messages

my phone has been working fine untill monday night , i dont understand and we have wifi at home but my immessage wont lemmme send messages .

If you're getting that specifically when trying to send SMS short code messages, that's definitely a cellular carrier service issue unless maybe it's just that the short code has expired.
