My Apple ID has been disabled

I’ve logged out and back in and it still says in the App Store that my Apple ID has been disabled.

If the message states that your Apple ID is disabled for security reasons see: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support


If it is not for security reasons and you cannot download updates or purchases, contact iTunes support: Contact Apple Support
