Tracking replacement/repair watch?

I recently had my Apple Watch sent to be repaired. Today, I received an email saying it has been shipped back to me. Apple never sent me a mailing tracking number to see when the estimated delivery would be. I need to know this since I have to sign for the package and I work full-time. Any ideas on how I can retrieve this?

It should've been in the email you received saying it had shipped. If not, you can check in the repair status page: https://mysupport.apple.com/

Hope this helps,

I have the same issue. It is not in the email, and when you log in there is nothing except a message stating the replacement is on its way with a replacement number--no order number, no tracking number, and nothing to go on. Therefore, I cannot download and print the preauthorization form. I have called Apple Support and the rep could not help either. Now I have been on hold for over 20 min waiting on a supervisor. This is getting frustrating!
