why they took my money my out my account I don’t even got this on my phone at all. So can you please put my money back thank you $7.99 Up top they took $10 too I don’t have That music on my phone

Hey tanisha290,

If I understand correctly, you were charged for something that you did not purchase. One thing you can do is to report a problem using the steps in this article. If you were charged for something that is not on the iPhone, it may be a subscription, and you would need to cancel that.

Get help with an item purchased from the App Store, iTunes Store, or iBooks Store
View, change, or cancel your subscriptions
