How do I stop this hacker

someone’s busy using my Id and password to sign in elsewhere

apple brings up a pop up for me that someone’s just signed in your account by names of Sean

and it gives me no other option rather than ok on that pop up

I’ve changed my password thrice now and am exhausted 😩 i don’t know what to do for this guy

and devices where am signed in shows nothing like his device
