Is there any benefit to having the pro apps pre-installed into a Mac?

I want to buy a new MacBook Pro in September and I also want to buy the pro apps bundle or education. However I see that it can be pre-installed or just bought separately. I don’t know if it’s better to have them pre-installed into the MacBook Pro when I buy it or to just buy the bundle separately and then installed the apps myself.
