Hi, I’m paying a direct debit to I tunes each month and I don’t know how or why? Also, I can’t seem to access my historical iTunes acc on my iPhone. Please help. Thanks, Brid

If you've subscribed to something : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

Also, I can’t seem to access my historical iTunes acc on my iPhone.

Do you mean view the account's full purchase history ? If you do then you need to use a computer's iTunes to do so, on your phone you can only view the last 90 days : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support
