How do I re-enable power management on iphone
I disabled it and now the phone keeps blacking out.
Get the battery replaced.

Apple give you the option of disabling the power management under the Beta Battery Health.
Seems there is no way to re-enable it .

- What exactly is happening with your iPhone; is the display locking, and turning black? Does the device become unresponsive?
- When the Settings were changed, what were you trying to do (change how long the display stays on, as an example)?
- What iPhone model and iOS version are you running (example: iPhone X with iOS 11.4.1)?

so...
1. The screen goes black. Seems to be under more strenuous loads.
2. Under the Beta Battery Health and peak performance capability it states The iphone has experienced unexpected shutdowns. I disabled the management of this *** it seemed to slow down my phone.
3. Iphone 6S plus running 11.4.1
