If I delete find my friends app will I still show up in their app? Will they still be able to see my location?

If you delete the app without turning off your permission to be tracked, they can still track you. You need to revoke your permission to be tracked first. Or, turn off location services on your device(s) but that also disables your own find my iPhone feature as well.
