Hello Herbert

Presuming you are using "Safari" then I suggest you do the following:

  1. Open Safari
  2. Tap "Safari" top Left
  3. Click on "Preferences"
  4. Click on "Privacy"
  5. Along side "Cookies and website data" there is "Block all cookies"
  6. Make sure it is "NOT SELECTED"
