Why can’t I buy diamonds on mobile legends

I was trying to purchase a diamond on mobile legends then I already added my new credit on the itunes app store settings when i put my fingerprint it come up with a message “you can’t purchase please contact itunes support” it was fine with a debit but why credit its not working?
