Not receiving email from instgram support to get my account back

Check your junk mail folder.

They notified you that they sent you an email. Is the email account that they have listed (which I will ask to be edited by the Host - you don't want your email sitting out here on a public forum), the one that you are looking for the email in? Did you check the mail app on iCloud.com to see if it is there?

Did you check your other incoming mailboxes to make sure that it isn't in one of those?

Sorry, but you need to take it up with Instagram. This is a user to user forum, so we are just users like you, and Apple has no control over what Instagram does or does not email to you.

Did you also sign into iCloud on your computer and check your incoming mail for that account there?

You can follow the recommendations already posted here. Check your iCloud email account on iCloud.com via a browser on any computer.

Again, have you gone to iCloud.com to check the Mail app there? Go to any computer go to iCloud.com via the browser and sign in with the iCloud ID the email was sent to. You have asked for help, and we need you to try the steps we are suggesting.
