cancel music membership-change of region

I have already cancelled the music membership as I need to change the region. Yet the paid music membership appears to expire till 31August after the cancellation and I have no other way to make it otherwise. Now that I've relocated and I need to urgently change the region so that I can close the bank account which continues to receive bills from Apple, I am utterly frustrated. Any help please? Thank you in advance!

Lastly, I would have to say to Apple that this is ridiculous if common sense still works
