My Apple Watch heart rate showed 32 bpm idk if that’s what it was or not.

i Think my Apple Watch is showing the wrong heart rate but I’m not sure.

It is almost certain this is a junk reading, from memory the lower limit of measurement on your watch is 30 or 32 beats/minute. Check the fit of your watch band, the most likely cause is the sensor losing sight of your arm.

Hi

I have the same question. I some times get readings that tell me that I should be dead because my heart is pumping way to fast. I would personally not totally rely on the Apple watch to take your blood pressure however I have tested mine in the doctors office when they took my blood pressure as well and it was not to far off but not the same. I guess I sport of contradict my self by saying that i would not rely on the reading from my Apple Watch and than saying that it was not to far off from a real blood pressure reading. However some of the readings I get from my Apple Watch make me wonder. I am sure as technology gets better Apple will use it and the readings will become better as well.
