dispute charges on itunes

A charge of $59.99 was posted to my credit account. I normally see charges of 0.99 cents. Can someone tell me what the charges are for ? so I can verify.

Thank you

If the only indication of the charges is from an email or text, be aware that it may be a phishing attempt to get you to log in to a site that appears to be Apple and divulge your password or credit card information.
