Does the genuine plug dockhead for MacBook Pro charger have a FUSE inside?

I have a MacBook Pro charger with US plug dock-head. I need a UK plug dock-head to use it in the UK.

The Genuine Apple World Travel Adapter Kit is too expensive and I don't need all the dock-heads for many countries. I just need a single dock-head for the UK. Therefore, I am thinking of buying a cheap dock-head from eBay or Amazon. However, some users claim that the non-original plug dock-heads do not have a FUSE inside and thus are not safe.

Does the original Apple plug dock-head really have a fuse inside? I think even the original ones are too small to have any circuit or fuse inside, but I'm not sure.
