Sorry, but if it is offline for any reason there is simply no means to track it remotely. It must be powered on and it must be connected to the internet for any remote system to function.
File a police report. Apple’s warranty is not an insurance policy and does not cover loss or theft.

am not sure if I can get warranty for replacement
A device's warranty obviously doesn't cover theft or loss of the device. Check your insurance (e.g. home contents insurance) to see if that covers it.
My iPad just got stolen when it’s out of charge but I set My iPad into find my phone, but It’s still offline, I dunno how to tracked it.
