How to report a scam app in app store?

The following application 'Blnance' uses famous 'Binance' crypto exchange name as a cover. It has a $180 in-app purchase 'Remove ads' that pops up every time you open the app. If your finger happens to be on the fingerprint scanner, the purchase can go unnoticed. There is no way to report the app on the app store and when I log in on Report a Problempage, the app does not show up.
