I'm from chile. I want to buy the Macbook pro 2018, but I'm not in the USA. How can I do it? When I arrive in Chile ?, value? The resellers here do not know anything. I'd prefer to buy it directly on the MAC page, but I'm not allowed and the tax is a problem.

Apple has no retail presence in Chile and no online store. Its up to the local authorized resellers there to stock the new MacBook Pro for sale.
You may need to contact your local resellers to find out when they will have it stock.

If you really want the 2018 version of the MBP (I just got mine today), you'll need to wait until it's available in your country.
