“Access Denied” whenever I visit this site on my home wifi

Looks like someone else had this issue a few years ago and it was only solved with aid from both apple and their isp, so I’m pasting this to try and get that same aid. I’m really annoyed because this happened just after another issue I literally just posted about and now the only way to get updated is through my phone on it’s LTE network
