Why is "Setup WPS Printer" grayed out

I have an Airport Extreme Time Capsule with an 801.11 ac router. On Airport Utility is a command to setup WPS printer. It was grayed out. I did go to help which momentarily allowed me to access it but it went away and now I can't bring it back. I was doing this on my 27" Mac running MacOS 10.13.6. From my MacBook Pro on the same network the menu command is visible.

iMac, macOS High Sierra (10.13.6), 27" 3.2 GHz Intel Core i5

Click the TC in the airport utility.. you will see the short summary..

It should be able to add WPS printer at this point..

If not click edit.. once you have the full access to setup open the WPS should be active.
