Do not disturb wasn’t on, first place I looked of course.
Yesterday my ringtones were working then today they weren’t. Same situation happened about a week ago also. I re-chose the ringtones for the contacts involved and it seemed to fix the problem until today. iPhone 5c.
To clarify, the ringtones don’t work when I’m actually receiving a call. Don’t think it’s a speaker problem because they sound when I’m choosing a ringtone.
Did you ever get a resolution on this issue? All sounds work except for incoming calls, and the phone is not muted and do not disturb setting is off.
I have a feeling it has something to do with the carrier. I switched from Verizon to ATT. I had no issues with incoming calls with Verizon.
Yes. Little button at top left side was switched accidently. Switched it
back and everything copasetic.
