This pop-up box keeps reappearing on both my iPhone and my MacBook. I’ve checked my internet connection and it says it is working fine.

Sometimes, in those circumstances, a Safari history and website data cleaning may help:

Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
